The Leader of the Band. The guy that started it all. Screaming leads and dynamic riffs, that's what you'll hear from his guitar playing. Hails from Pangasinan, he polished his guitar playing skills from bar gigs by the University belt in Manila. Now a full pledged lead guitarist and a dynamic leader for the band, Johnny is the big brother of the group. Also a brilliant piano player, responsible for incorporating the classical sound of the instrument on the band's music when it is called for. Able to defy the odds and inspire everyone one way or another no matter what, always an epitome of a musician playing at its best.
The Silent Operator. The Heart and Soul behind the band's recognized acoustic harmony. The continous melodic rhythm from his acoustic guitar will deliver a folk aficionado back in time during the America, Simon & Gurfunkel and James Taylor era. Blame it on the Bon Jovi Takamine guitar he got, it is still his guitar playing that says it all. Caloy, as he is fondly called, is the most calm in the group. Pressures in the gigs are just potato chips for this guy. He makes things happen and get things done quietly. Also a great inspiration not only to the group but also to the youth who embarks on music playing, He is simply the guy that gives body and perfect rhythm to the band's music.
Riff Specialist. Chest pounding sound from his bass baby is his specialty. Ad libs collaborating with the rhythm had become his masterpiece. A session player originally from the BSM band, Vic provides powerful funky bass sounds for the band as well as great inspirations to the group.
Mr. Energy. Packed with wit and uncanny ability to get the crowd involved in every performance of the band, Edward is the frontman of the group. Started his public stints as a Junior DJ on various FM radio stations in Manila, he was able to meet and performed with the local bands. Started with the band in 2006, he then became a part of the band's climb to the ladder of success. Whenever the crowd is on the floor, Ed was there in the frontline belting a song. Entertainment is the name of his game.
The Mystique Diva. She generates a sultry style of singing everytime she performs. Began joining singing competitions during high school years in Las Pinas , Manila. Even then , MJ has exhibited excellence when it comes to singing. Armed with a mesmerizing voice, she is one true asset the band shares with the crowd in every performance.
The Power Songbird. Don't be fooled by the angelic looks of this female vocalist - her voice is packed with decibels that will drop you on the ground in a minute. A well known personality in the singing competitions in the East Coast, Jhoanna is no rookie in entertaining the crowd with her power packed voice.
The Quiet Storm. You will wander where those Synthesized riffs are coming from when you watch the band play. That's Renzo's specialty. As the main man on the keyboards, every jaw dropping keystroke is a guaranteed musical high for everyone. The son of a famous and well-known musician from Peru, Renzo is also known for his dynamic ability to play OPM (Original Pilipino Music).
The Beat Master. Started playing music when he was 12. A former member of the last generation of Scene Stealers Band in Manila. It is pure destiny for this drummer when he became a member of Simply Rhythm. Loaded with strong will to provide power packed beats and paradiddles, Bong will always continue to provide and be part of the great music of the band.
